Season of JOY

*We are thankful for our Living Wisdom School community.*

Our student, teacher, and parent friends.

And the many wonderfully enriching and expansive activities this holiday season.

We began the holidays with preparations for our annual Stone Soup. Each class makes a different dish for the event, and all the classes come together the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to share in a meal together.

The Intermediate and Upper Elementary classes enjoyed making Thanksgiving Trees with a parent volunteer who is also an artist. The students gave great focus to arranging the foliage and hanging what they were thankful for from the branches. ​

Members of the LWS community, practiced the Dance of Universal Peace, in which students and teachers learned dance circles throughout the world dedicated to peace.​

And like little elves, everyone is excitedly getting ready for the annual holiday program.
